Nothing here is estimated. Every figure traces to a named source: GA4 property Eden Juice Limited Website (currency NZD, timezone Pacific/Auckland), Google Search Console property edenorchards.co.nz, and your own 12-month sales analysis. GA4 ecommerce typically captures 85–95% of true Shopify sales (consent, ad-blockers, attribution loss), so treat GA4 revenue as a consistent monthly index, not the audited total — Shopify remains the system of record for dollars. Two history notes: Search Console data only begins 30 March 2025, so true year-on-year organic comparisons start from April 2026 data onward; GA4 runs back to April 2022, so GA4 YoY is valid.
Window for every stat above: Aug 2025 → Jul 2026.
People who search "eden orchards" were always going to find you — that revenue is yours already. The engagement is measured on non-branded demand: people searching the category ("cherry juice", "tart cherry juice", "cherry juice for sleep") who don't know you yet. So the attribution line has to be pinned honestly, and here's exactly how we've done it, two independent ways:
| Method | How it works | Result (12 mo) |
|---|---|---|
| A — Search click share | Google won't tell GA4 which keyword a visitor used, but Search Console splits every click: 21.8% of organic clicks were non-branded queries. Applied to the $306.6k organic revenue. | ≈ $67k |
| B — Landing-page intent | Brand searchers land on the homepage, cart, reviews, stockists. Category searchers land on collections, products and benefit content. Classifying every organic landing page: $54k on clearly non-branded pages + a ~$52k long tail that leans non-branded. | ≈ $75–105k |

Clicks: Search Console query-level (branded = any query containing "eden"). Est. NB revenue: that month's non-branded click share × that month's GA4 organic revenue (method A). This table is the one that should look completely different in six months — non-branded clicks up, position down toward the top of page one.

Source: Search Console, query + country, full 12-month window; "—" means under 300 impressions in that market. The pattern is stark: NZ rankings are strong (positions 2–5), while every AU benefit query sits at 6.7–10 — visible but losing the click. And note the AU list is dominated by benefit questions ("cherry juice benefits", "is cherry juice good for you", "anthocyanins") — exactly the answer-layer content this engagement builds. The kiwifruit queries confirm Cam's "sleeping giants" read: position 2.2 in NZ already, with no content effort behind it.
The top pages Google lands people on today. This table stays in every monthly re-run so we can watch where traffic moves — as the answer layer builds, the benefit and category pages should climb this list relative to the homepage.

The benefits page earns 147k impressions but converts them at 0.5% CTR from position 7.6 — it's the page with the most to gain. The hero product still lives at the legacy "limited-edition-6-pack" URL; it ranks, so we investigate before ever touching it.

Your 12-month sales analysis your data (Jul 25–Jun 26, one month offset from our GA4 window) shows 444,288 online units. GA4 recorded 45,065 online orders — which works out to roughly 9.9 units per order, exactly what a six-pack-led store should look like. The two systems agree on shape: online ~72% of volume, AU the biggest growth market, cherry ~62% of units. What we can't yet do is reconcile dollars — that needs a Shopify revenue export (or API access), listed below.
| Gap | What we need | From |
|---|---|---|
| Shopify audited revenue | Monthly orders + revenue by channel, straight from Shopify (system of record), to reconcile against GA4's $6.70M — lands as its own section here once API access is set up | TE + Cam (2-min setup) |
| Subscription numbers | The subscription-platform export (demographics, subscriber count, churn) — becomes a Subscription section of this baseline | Steph |
| Ad spend + ROAS | Meta read access (being granted via Nick) — spend, CPL and ROAS join the baseline so organic gains can be priced against paid cost | Cam / Nick |
| Email baseline | Klaviyo — list size, flow vs campaign revenue, open/click rates. Worth watching: organic growth feeds the list, so email revenue is partly a downstream win of this work | Steph / Amanda |
| Source tagging | Tagging plan for subscription-app, Klaviyo and SMS links so the $2.4M "Unassigned" bucket attributes properly in future months (Meta is already tagged) | TE (technical list) |
